Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d)

Du baust Werkzeuge, mit denen unsere Produkte Leben retten – Präzision made by you.

 

Ob Du Maschinen steuerst, Prozesse optimierst oder die Qualität unserer Medizintechnik sicherst – Du bist mittendrin in einer Welt, in der Technik Leben verändert. Unsere Auszubildenden lernen nicht nur einen Beruf, sondern werden Teil eines Teams, das Wissenschaft bewegt und Fortschritt möglich macht!

Deine Aufgaben:

• In der technischen Grundausbildung lernst Du sowohl klassische Handarbeiten wie  Feilen, Sägen, Anreißen und Körnen sowie maschinelle Bearbeitungen wie beispielsweise Bohren, Drehen oder Fräsen

• Du fertigst Übungswerkstücke an und entwickelst dabei ein Gefühl für Präzision und Materialbearbeitung
• Du unterstützt bei der Wartung und Reparatur von Werkzeugen
• Unter Einhaltung von vorgegebenen Toleranzen fertigst Du Ersatzteile für Produktionswerkzeuge
• Du lernst das Programmieren und Steuern von CNC-Maschinen

 

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

• Du hast einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss (QA, M-Zug oder mittlere Reife)
• Zu Deinen Lieblingsfächern zählen Mathematik und technische Fächer
• Dich interessieren physikalische Vorgänge
• Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick mit
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist zuverlässig

 

Das Wichtigste über die Ausbildung:

• Ausbildungsstart: 01.09.2027
• Ausbildungsdauer: 3,5 Jahre
• Ausbildungsort: Schwabmünchen
• Berufsschule: Staatliches Berufliches Schulzentrum Kaufbeuren
• Arbeitszeitmodell: 38 Stunden pro Woche
