Das macht die Ausbildung so interessant 

Die anspruchsvolle duale Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau*mann ist auf die Betriebsabläufe von DITTRICH+CO abgestimmt und sehr umfangreich. Als Industriekauffrau*mann wirst Du in allen Abteilungen der Firma eingesetzt, wie zum Beispiel im Ein- und Verkauf, dem Versand, im Marketing, der Produktionssteuerung, der Lagerhaltung sowie in der Qualitätssicherung und der Buchhaltung.

 

Voraussetzung 

  • Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss der Realschule oder höher
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

 

Ablauf der Ausbildung 

Du besuchst 1 – 2 Tage pro Woche die Berufsschule Neusäß. Im Betrieb durchläufst Du hauptsächlich die Abteilungen, in denen Du nach kurzer Zeit auch aktiv mitarbeiten kannst. Schwerpunktmäßig sind das: Auftragsbearbeitung, Fertigungssteuerung, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Buchhaltung. Ergänzt wird die betriebliche Ausbildung durch Schulungen und Ausbildungsgespräche. In diesen Gesprächen werden spezielle schulische Themen und deren Umsetzung in unserem Unternehmen besprochen.

 

Ausbildungsdauer 

3 Jahre

 

 

Nach Ausbildungsabschluss 

DITTRICH+CO bietet Dir nach erfolgreichem Abschluss einen Arbeitsplatz an. Eine Weiterbildung zum Industriefachwirt*in ist möglich.
